About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and lead initiatives across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO), Business Central, and Power Platform. This role is ideal for someone passionate about process optimization, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, design scalable solutions, and support the deployment and rescue of ERP systems. Your expertise will help drive digital transformation through Power Automate, AI agents, and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis for Business Central and D365 FO implementation and rescue projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Design and optimize business processes using Power Automate and other automation tools.
- Support the development and integration of AI agents for intelligent task handling and decision support.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation.
- Assist in testing, training, and change management activities.
- Provide post-deployment support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP environments (preferably D365 FO and/or Business Central).
- Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, or operations modules.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with AI agents, RPA, or low-code automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ERP rescue projects or re-implementation.
- Knowledge of Azure AI, Copilot, or other intelligent automation tools.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
